Borek u Černé v Pošumaví is a small settlement located on the southwestern shore of the Lipno reservoir. Thanks to its location, it offers an idyllic environment for lovers of peace and nature. The village is a popular starting point for hiking trips into the surrounding forests and along the Lipno dam.
In the surroundings you will find several cycling and hiking trails that lead to viewpoints or to nearby Černá v Pošumaví. In the summer months, swimming in Lipno is possible; in winter, cross-country skiing trails are available. A point of interest is also the nearby Vítkův kámen castle with a magnificent panorama.
Accommodation is available in guesthouses and cottages, and there is a small refreshment stand in the village. We recommend visiting Borek outside the main season, when there is even more peace and space for relaxation.
