Błędne Skały (Bludné skály)

About this place

Picturesque rock labyrinth in the heart of the Table Mountains invites for a walk among sandstone towers and narrow crevices.

Błędne Skały, in Czech Bludné skály, is one of the most famous rock labyrinths in Poland. It is located in the Table Mountains National Park (Park Narodowy Gór Stołowych) near the spa town of Kudowa-Zdrój. The sandstone formations create intricate corridors, gorges, and platforms that resemble a fairy-tale landscape.

The name comes from the fact that pilgrims easily got lost here. Today, the area is accessible via a tourist trail with several viewpoints. The route is about 1 km long, takes roughly an hour, and is suitable for families with children. The narrowest gap measures only 30 cm – those who pass through earn a humorous award.

For Czech visitors, Bludné skály are easily reachable from Náchod or Broumov. Parking is available right at the entrance, with a small fee during the season. We recommend appropriate footwear and online ticket reservation in summer, as capacity is limited. Don't forget to visit the nearby rock gate Kurowa Skała and Great Hejšovina.
