BMW Welt is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Munich and a must-see for car lovers and modern architecture enthusiasts. This multifunctional complex serves as a museum, exhibition hall and delivery center for BMW. From the moment you arrive, you'll be amazed by the breathtaking architecture – a cloud-shaped floating roof and glass facades create an impression of an open space full of light.
Inside, there are permanent exhibitions charting the history of the BMW brand, its models and technological innovations. Legends such as the BMW 507, iconic motorcycles and current concept cars are on display. Interactive elements allow visitors to explore drive technologies, the design studio or virtually configure their own car. The complex also includes the adjacent BMW Museum, which details the company's development.
For Czech tourists, BMW Welt is easily accessible – it is located right next to the Olympic Park and close to the U3 Olympiazentrum subway station. Admission to the main building is free; only selected exhibitions or guided tours are charged. We recommend booking a tour online in advance. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby where you can recharge. Don't forget to visit the adjacent sales salon where you can buy souvenirs and exclusive BMW items.
